Anchorage provides homes along Riverbank Drive just off of Riverwalk Way in the southern and of Bonita Bay. Many of these homes either border a small Lake or a large green space with easy access to surrounding communities and the beach club. However, Anchorage homes do not border the golf course so it would be a short drive to the beach club, golf course, and clubhouse although a few tennis courts are located just South of Anchorage.
Anchorage is a collection of just 36 homes each with open floor plans and covered lanais with beautiful pools either on the side of the home or near the back. These homes were built between 1997 and 1999 and many offer four and five bedroom layouts from 3000 to 6000 ft.².
