Homes in Burning Tree of Bonita Bay
Once you’ve exhausted yourself at many of the community’s facilities, you know you’ll be coming home to a villa that you’re proud to call your own. The Burning Tree villa style homes in Bonita Bay were constructed between the years of 1988 to 1992 for a grand total of 42 residences. All of them have been lovingly maintained and updated by the various residents that have owned them. Square footage ranges from 1500 to 2200 square feet with floor plans ranging from two to three bedrooms. Every home in Burning Tree has a two car garage to keep vehicles out of the Florida rainstorms.
There is an annual master HOA fee as well as a quarterly HOA fee. These fees go towards irrigation water, cable, external pest control, street lights, and trash removal to name a few. If this isn’t a full-time residence for you, the HOA does allow you to lease out your property a maximum of three times per calendar year with a minimum of a 30 day lease agreement. This allows you to supplement your income a bit and help cover the mortgage when you’re unable to be in Burning Tree.
If you’re looking for a well-maintained community with easy access to the water, boating facilities, and various recreational opportunities, then this place is everything you need for a complete resort experience that you can call your very own.
Burning Tree Community Amenities
Finding the perfect place to live isn’t just about a gourmet kitchen and spacious living areas. You’ll quickly realize that everything Burning Tree has to offer outside of your home is enough to keep you here for years to come! If you’re not lucky enough to have a private pool or spa, or you just don’t have the desire to maintain your own pool, you can enjoy the luxury of a community swimming pool. It’s located smack in the middle of the subdivision and allows you a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. It’s also a great place to take the kids on those thick summer afternoons for instant refreshment.
For additional enjoyment, there are three waterparks scattered throughout the neighborhood, complete with picnic areas, boat ramps, and water slips for day and overnight docking for your boat. Additionally, there are lighted tennis courts, recreational trails perfect for a morning run, and even a butterfly garden!
It doesn’t end there, though. Just ten minutes away from Bonita Park is a private beach park, available by private shuttle that’s exclusively for Bonita Park residents. The member owned private golf club features 18 holes of exclusive championship quality golfing. You can expect to see many of your neighbors swinging a few rounds on the weekends! Enjoy the private marina for a beautiful day out on the Gulf with your beloved boat and your friends and family.
Some amenities require the purchase of a membership, but this guarantees absolute exclusivity and minimal crowds. The membership also allows you to utilize the private parks and facilities at other Bonita Bay communities like Spring Creek and Riverwalk.
