Tower Living at its Finest
The 26-story Tavira is going fast.
The Naples Daily News says sales have reached 93 percent at the luxury high-rise residential tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, and with only six residences left, sales are only expecting to keep climbing.
“We are seeing continued strength in sales momentum and increased demand, with one designer furnished model available for viewing and another nearing completion,” said Kristin Cartwright, director of Marketing, Development Services for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the real estate division of the Lutgert Companies, who built the stunning new tower.
The remaining residences at Tavira range from 3,517 to 3,905 square feet, starting at $1,272,000.
Model 2204, designed by Clive Daniel Homes, is currently underway and slated for completion next month. The three-bedroom, four-bath residence will feature a light, airy atmosphere that allows residents to take advantage of the home’s exceptional Gulf and bay views. The home’s upscale, transitional coastal style will be highlighted by a palate of whites and grays, with intermittent bursts of black and royal blue for a contemporary touch. The furnished model begins at $2.289 million.
“With its unmatched beauty and desirable lifestyle, Tavira is an extraordinary place to live, and never has there been a more compelling time to buy as the number of available residences decreases,” said Todd Kendall, director of new home sales, managing broker for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the real estate brokerage division of the Lutgert Companies.
Outdoor amenities include a landscaped pool deck with a heated pool, individual poolside cabanas, outdoor grills and a shared cabana with a dual sided fireplace and seating area.
Indoor amenities include a fitness center, steam and massage rooms, card and game rooms with a golf simulator, a theater and club room complete with a bar and catering kitchen overlooking the estuary. A private rooftop amenity level has 360-degree Gulf and bay views with a seating area, bar and outdoor kitchen. Two furnished guest suites are also available. And the tower has a full-time manager as well.
Tavira residents are eligible for membership in the member-owned Bonita Bay Club, offering an 18-court tennis center, fitness center and 90 holes of golf, along with three Arthur Hills-designed courses within the community along with two Tom Fazio courses nearby.
The Bonita Bay Club renovation, under the direction of Peacock + Lewis and Naples builder and contractor D. Garrett Construction Inc., is now complete. Improvements to the clubhouse include the creation of a bar, grill and lounge known as the “55th hole” which accommodates 120 people, terraces and a fire pit area.
